Good day, Councilor. may I please request for the email of our Local Civil Registrar? I am a lawyer based in Baguio, and I am currently processing the settlement of estate of Conrado S. De Leon. We need to obtain a copy of the Certificate of Live birth of their mother, SOCORRO A. BALOY, who was born on September 24, 1934. Thank you Coun. Soriano.
