The Local Government Unit of Mangaldan headed by Mayor Marilyn de Guzman-Lambino has officially welcomed the new Acting Chief of Police of Mangaldan Police Station Lieutenant Colonel Vicente Castor, Jr. at the Municipal Hall on June 7, 2021.
During the turn-over ceremonies, outgoing Chief of Police Lieutenant Colonel Jun Wacnag thanked all officials for their support to Mangaldan PNP during his leadership. He has served the town for two years.
Meanwhile, Lt. Col. Castor served Urdaneta City PNP for almost two years before being assigned to Mangaldan. In 2020, he was awarded as Best Junior Police Commissioned Officer for Administration by the Philippine National Police Regional Office I in San Fernando City, La Union.
